Kerala Cabinet approves Priyadarshini scheme for free women's travel on KSRTC
Following a cabinet meeting on June 10, the V.D. Satheesan government approved the free bus travel scheme for women of all age groups and transgender persons. The scheme will run on an initial trial basis for 100 days starting June 15, 2026, and is estimated to cost ₹60 crore per month.
